Senior Estimation Engineer - Fitout and Joinery

RELY KSA is seeking an experienced, commercially driven, and technically strong

Senior Estimator

to join our growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an estimation professional with strong experience in

interior fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, and turnkey projects

to play a key role in securing high-value projects and supporting the continued growth of RELY KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the complete estimation and tendering process from initial enquiry through to final commercial submission.

• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements to identify scope, risks, opportunities, and commercial considerations.

• Prepare detailed

  quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, pricing sheets, and commercial submissions

  .

• Obtain, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from suppliers, subcontractors, and specialist vendors.

• Develop accurate project pricing covering

  materials, labour, manufacturing, subcontractors, logistics, preliminaries, and project overheads

  .

• Work closely with

  Design & Engineering, Procurement, Production, Project Management, and Commercial teams

  to ensure estimates are technically accurate and commercially competitive.

• Identify opportunities for

  value engineering, cost optimization, and alternative materials or construction methods

  .

• Develop and maintain a strong database of supplier, subcontractor, material, and production cost information.

• Support tender presentations, commercial clarifications, negotiations, and client discussions where required.

• Monitor tender outcomes, bid-to-win ratios, and pricing performance to continuously improve tender conversion and estimating accuracy.

• Support management with commercial analysis, cost benchmarking, and recommendations for improving profitability and competitiveness.

• Coordinate and manage estimation priorities to ensure all tenders are submitted accurately and within the required deadlines.

Key Requirements:

• 5–8 years of relevant experience

  in estimating for interior fit-out, joinery, furniture manufacturing, or turnkey projects.

• Relevant experience within the

  Saudi Arabian market

  , with a strong understanding of local market conditions and pricing.

• Proven ability to prepare complete

  BOQs, detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, tender documents, and commercial submissions

  .

• A

  Civil Engineering or relevant Engineering/Technical background

  .

• Strong understanding of pricing structures, including

  labour, materials, subcontractors, manufacturing/production costs, and project overheads

  .

• Broad commercial and technical understanding across

  estimating, procurement, production, and project execution

  .

• Strong leadership and team coordination capabilities, with the ability to manage priorities and multiple deliverables effectively.

• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tenders simultaneously.

• A demonstrated

  Bid-to-Win Ratio / Tender Conversion Rate

  , with a proven track record of converting competitive bids into awarded projects.

  MEP, FF&E, and specialist finishes

• Strong exposure to the commercial aspects of

  estimating, tendering, pricing, P&L, and cost management

  .

• Proven experience in

  value engineering, cost optimization, and developing cost-effective alternatives

  .

• Proficiency in

  estimation software, digital estimating tools, advanced Excel, and AI-enabled solutions

  .

• Fluency in

  Arabic and English

  , with strong written and verbal communication skills.
