About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Senior ETL Developer with strong Snowflake expertise

to join our team as a technical leader and trusted advisor to business stakeholders.

This role goes beyond building and maintaining data pipelines. You will play a key role in

architecting and shaping the future of our data ecosystem

, ensuring scalable, reliable, governed, and high-quality data solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in

Snowflake, ETL development, data governance, data quality, modern data architecture, and the Medallion framework

, along with the ability to work closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize

  ETL/ELT data pipelines

  using Snowflake and modern data engineering practices.

• Provide technical leadership in designing and evolving enterprise data architecture.

• Implement data solutions aligned with the

  Medallion Architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)

  framework.

• Establish and promote best practices around

  data governance, data quality, security, and reliability

  .

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable data solutions.

• Leverage

  Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Search and Snowflake Intelligence

  capabilities to enable modern data discovery and analytics.

• Identify opportunities to improve data platforms, processes, performance, and scalability.

• Act as a trusted technical advisor to stakeholders and engineering teams.

• Ensure data pipelines and architectures follow enterprise standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of experience

  in ETL/Data Engineering.

• Strong hands-on experience with

  Snowflake

  .

• Extensive experience designing and developing

  ETL/ELT pipelines

  .

• Strong understanding of

  modern data architecture

  .

• Hands-on knowledge of the

  Medallion framework

  .

• Strong understanding of

  data governance and data quality

  best practices.

• Experience with

  Snowflake Cortex Analyst/Search

  .

• Knowledge of

  Snowflake Intelligence

  and modern Snowflake capabilities.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
