As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and evolving high-performance software applications that support our products, customers, and business objectives.

This position combines hands-on development with technical leadership, requiring a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, cloud-native architectures, and modern software engineering practices. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable solutions while mentoring developers and driving technical excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities

Full Stack Development & Solution Design

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and services across the full technology stack.
Build intuitive user experiences using modern front-end frameworks and robust back-end services.
Translate business and product requirements into well-architected technical solutions.
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical roadmaps that support long-term business goals.
Develop APIs, integrations, and data workflows that enable seamless connectivity across systems and platforms.
Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and maintainability through sound engineering practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.
Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and implementation plans.

Technical Leadership

Lead by example through hands-on development, code quality, and engineering best practices.
Mentor and support developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.
Promote software craftsmanship, continuous improvement, and a culture of learning within the development team.
Drive adoption of modern development tools, frameworks, and architectural patterns.
Identify opportunities for innovation and recommend technologies that improve product capabilities and development efficiency.
Collaborate with architects and engineering leaders to establish and maintain technical standards.

Collaboration & Delivery

Partner closely with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Contribute to project estimation, technical planning, and delivery forecasting.
Communicate technical concepts and tradeoffs effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Support the successful deployment and ongoing operation of applications across development, test, and production environments.
Help define and measure key performance indicators related to system reliability, application performance, and software quality.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on full stack application development.
Proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-scale web applications.
Strong proficiency in modern front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Strong back-end development experience using technologies such as .NET, C#, Java, Node.js, or similar enterprise development frameworks.
Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, including data modeling and query optimization.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tooling.
Experience working in a SaaS, transportation technology, intelligent mobility, or enterprise software environment.
Knowledge of system integration patterns, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with application security, cybersecurity best practices, and data privacy requirements.
Experience mentoring developers and contributing to technical leadership initiatives.
