Become a Key Player as a Senior Full Stack Engineer

You will own core systems that enforce policy decisions before AI messages are sent, shaping architecture and developer-facing integrations. You will deliver low-latency, high-reliability infrastructure that serves enterprise stakeholders and developer workflows. Hybrid (3 days onsite) in the New York City metropolitan area.

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team

• Build proxies, SDKs, and agent tooling that connect apps and AI agents to the platform

• Own the policy backend: connectors, ingest of rule sources and restricted lists, and the engine that tracks rule changes

• Implement controls that decide what each agent is allowed to do

• Ensure low latency and high reliability under enterprise load

• Maintain strong security and data protection practices for sensitive content

Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role

• 5-7 years building and running production backends at scale

• Strong experience in a modern backend language (Go, Python, Java, or Node)

• Solid experience with APIs, distributed systems, databases, queues, and caching

• Comfortable with cloud, containers, and CI/CD

• Focus on latency, reliability, and clean code

• Must be based in the NYC area or able to work onsite as required

• Visa: open to H‑1B with ~2.5 years remaining or I-140 holders; not open to OPT or F‑1

Pay Range

$180K-$220K plus equity/year
