Your mission is to build and ship reliable features and infrastructure that deliver measurable growth for our clients at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable full-stack features using an API/frontend architecture, designed for distributed systems and high availability.

• Collaborate closely with the team to plan, architect, and deliver high-impact projects with a strong emphasis on system design, scalability, and reliability.

• Integrate AI into workflows, leveraging it for smarter coding, automation, and monitoring.

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code while contributing to continuous integration and deployment processes.

• Own release quality from design through deployment.

• Proactively identify performance bottlenecks and optimize across the stack for speed, stability, fault tolerance, and scalability.

🎓 Your Experience

• Strong experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems and scalable infrastructure in production environments.

• Strong proficiency in PHP/Laravel, MySQL or PostgreSQL, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript, with production experience using frontend frameworks, preferably Angular, including RxJS, component architecture, and state management.

• Proven experience developing scalable full stack applications with clean, maintainable code.

• Uses AI tooling daily, such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools, as a multiplier, but understands and owns every line that ships. You can explain, debug, and defend AI-generated code as if you wrote it yourself.

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to one or more of the following: automated testing, performance optimization, distributed data stores, message queues, vector databases, or RAG architectures.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure and DevOps, including Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and hands-on work with DigitalOcean, AWS, or GCP.
