Job Overview

MedPro Systems is seeking Senior Full-Stack Engineers to build and own its internal application ecosystem, including AI-enabled platforms, enterprise integrations, and internal developer tooling.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Auth0/SSO, enterprise integrations, and REST APIs, along with a strong understanding of security and internal platform development.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain internal applications and platforms.
Build solutions using React, Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
Develop secure enterprise integrations and RESTful APIs.
Implement Auth0, SSO, and OIDC authentication and identity management.
Develop AI-assisted internal tools and applications.
Build reusable templates, frameworks, and self-service platforms.
Partner with Engineering leadership on architecture, governance, and security.
Ensure applications meet enterprise standards for security, scalability, and performance.
Participate in design, development, testing, code reviews, and production support.

Required Skills

7+ years of Full-Stack Development experience.
Strong experience with React.
Strong Python development experience.
Hands-on experience with FastAPI.
Strong experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience with Auth0 / SSO / OIDC.
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
Experience building internal applications or platforms.
Experience with AI-assisted development or AI-enabled applications.
Strong understanding of security best practices.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

Healthcare or life sciences industry experience.
Veeva experience is a plus.
Experience building internal developer platforms or self-service tools.
Experience with cloud technologies and modern DevOps practices.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
