Senior Full Stack Engineer

Hate terrorists and human traffickers? Want to build the technology that stops them? Good.

You'll take on high-stakes engineering challenges that directly support intelligence agencies, governments and military - while enjoying full autonomy, top-tier benefits, and work that actually matters.

You'll help build Open Source Intelligence software used to piece together the breadcrumbs needed to catch terrorists, organised criminals, human traffickers and child exploiters. You'll run tens to hundreds of AI agents a day, work with billions of records, and solve unusual problems with real-world consequences.

And you'll do all this remotely from anywhere in Australia.

What you'll do

You'll join a lean, highly talented team building systems with Python, Go, Vue, Typescript and PHP. The platform you'll work on brings data from across the surface, deep and dark web into one place, so analysts can identify threats and protect vulnerable people.

You'll be given all the tools, tokens and freedom to push agentic engineering to its limits, with internal agent harnesses, automated testing and deployment, and a CFO who has been clear that token spend will never be the reason you stop exploring. You'll own complex, high-impact projects from start to finish - solving tough engineering problems that few get to tackle.

One week you might be scaling image storage and compression, the next designing queues, telemetry and logging across millions or billions of records, or making sure something that looks simple survives 10,000 requests a minute. You'll be trusted to figure it out, and encouraged to go and search for whatever you're missing.

What you'll need

• Senior architectural judgement and experience with larger scale systems - if you're missing some of the tech stack, that’s totally fine.

• Ability to work and thrive in ambiguous situations, asking the right questions and finding solutions without a playbook.

• Genuinely good agentic engineering skills - writing, testing and deploying code is 100% agentic here.

• Australian Citizenship and the capacity to obtain security clearance.
