About this role

Remote-first companies in the Yara Network are hiring senior full stack engineers across the US, and this is the most proven demand we have: these teams have made more than twenty hires through us and still have dozens of open seats. The work is production product engineering at growth-stage companies in fintech, data infrastructure, and AI: React on the front, Node or Python on the back, and ownership of the surface in between.

Who this is for

• You've been the senior engineer on a product team and you're comfortable being judged on it.

• You are genuinely full stack. Several of these teams reject one-sided profiles, so the split matters.

• You work well remotely: clear writing, async by default, and shipped work that speaks for you.

• You're AI-native in how you build, and you've shipped LLM-powered features to real users.

• You want a team that has already hired people like you and knows how to close.

You may be a good fit if you have

• 5+ years building production web applications, with real depth on both sides of the stack

• TypeScript and React, plus Node.js or Python in production, including the parts that were hard

• Systems you designed and ran yourself: data models, APIs, deploys, on-call

• Time at a startup or a high-bar engineering org is a plus

• Based in the US

• A GitHub, portfolio, or live product link that shows your work
