Core Responsibilities

Design and implement endâtoâend features for missionâcritical web apps.

Contribute to architectural discussions and turn seniorâlevel guidance into concrete designs.

Write highâquality, testâdriven code (ReactâŻ+âŻTypeScript, Node.js/Java/Python).

Conduct code reviews, enforce standards, and mentor junior teammates.

Partner with product managers and principal architects to deliver regular releases.

Participate in client demos and program reviews as a technical subjectâmatter expert.
Required Qualifications
-
5â7âŻyears fullâstack development experience (frontâend & backâend).
-
Active Secret clearance (TS preferred; sponsorship possible for the right candidate).

Proficiency in ReactâŻ+âŻTypeScript, a modern backâend language (Node.js, Python, or Java), and REST/GraphQL APIs.

Experience with authentication standards (OAuth/OIDC).

Handsâon use of Jira (or similar), Git, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).

BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred Qualifications

Docker containers and basic Kubernetes concepts.

Deployments on AWS, Azure, or GCP; familiarity with CI/CD automation in the cloud.

Proven experience mentoring junior engineers or leading a small scrum team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is
$82,300.00 - $220,000.00 * Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. * * Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role.
