• Challenge requirements, push for the highest-impact outcome, and partner with product and design to deliver what matters.

• Work across Symfony and Nuxt.js, making technical decisions guided by customer value and business impact.

• Own results, not tasks. Unblock progress, chase clarity, fix what's broken. Don't wait for assignment.

• Make pragmatic improvements in our existing architecture. Delivering user value beats waiting for the perfect rewrite.

• Testing, CI, and code review are tools for moving faster, not blockers.

• Use AI to amplify output and sharpen judgment. Stay ahead of the curve and bring these capabilities to the team.

• Shape technical direction through advocacy, feedback, and pulling your teammates forward.

Your profile

• You ask "why this, why this way?" before committing to solutions. You notice opportunities beyond your assignment and connect technical decisions to business outcomes.

• When something was broken, you fixed it or raised it. When priorities didn't add up, you pushed back with business reasoning.

• You take ownership of your own development; you've sought out feedback, learned what you needed to learn, and stepped up to harder problems as opportunities arose.

• You have experience with mature or legacy systems and lean into messy environments rather than waiting for ideal conditions.

• AI is woven into how you work, changing what you deliver and how you judge quality. You know where it helps, where it doesn't and can explain why.

• You influence peers through example, candid feedback, and thoughtful advocacy. You elevate the team, not just your own output.

• You have a degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, or equivalent professional experience

• You bring several years of full-stack engineering experience and are highly proficient in both backend and frontend development

• You learn complex business domains quickly and use that knowledge to troubleshoot and build the right solutions

• You are fluent in English; German is a plus
