We’re looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join a high-scale product engineering team building and evolving critical user experiences used by millions of users worldwide. In this role, you'll work across the stack, developing scalable backend services and modern frontend applications that power key product functionality. This is an opportunity to contribute to highly visible product areas while collaborating closely with product, design, platform, and infrastructure teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
Develop and optimize distributed systems that support high-volume, mission-critical workloads.
Build and enhance user-facing applications using React, Next.js, and GraphQL.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
Work with data and messaging systems such as MongoDB, Snowflake, Kafka, SQS, and Airflow.
Deploy, monitor, and maintain production services running on Kubernetes.
Collaborate closely with product, design, frontend, platform, and infrastructure teams to deliver seamless user experiences.
Improve platform observability, reliability, and operational excellence through automation and performance optimization.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decisions across frontend and backend systems.
Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive long-term improvements to system stability and scalability.

Core Requirements

Strong experience building high-performance, scalable applications using Golang and modern frontend technologies.
Professional experience building frontend applications using React.js, Next.js, and GraphQL.
Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, and event-driven systems.
Hands-on experience with technologies such as Kafka, SQS, Airflow, MongoDB, and/or Snowflake.
Strong experience building and operating cloud-native applications on AWS.
Production experience with Kubernetes, including deployment, monitoring, and resource management.
Proven track record of delivering reliable systems in high-traffic, large-scale environments.
Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders in a cross-functional environment.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have

Experience building recommendation systems, personalization engines, or search infrastructure.
Exposure to developer platforms and internal tooling that support engineering productivity.
Experience working in high-growth environments where scalability, reliability, and user experience are critical.
Familiarity with large-scale consumer-facing products serving millions of users.
Experience improving platform reliability, uptime, and operational efficiency.
