Job Description: Graphic Designer – Promotional Products & Merchandising

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have experience in merchandising, promotional products, corporate gifts, branding, and product mockups.

You should be comfortable taking a client’s logo or design and applying it professionally to different products, as well as creating realistic mockups from scratch for client presentations and approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create creative designs for promotional products, corporate gifts, and merchandise

• Apply client logos and artwork accurately to various products such as pens, bags, mugs, apparel, trophies, and other promotional items

• Create professional product mockups from scratch for client presentations and approvals

• Prepare print-ready artwork according to production requirements

• Design social media posts, banners,

• Resize and adapt artwork according to different product specifications and branding requirements

• Ensure all artwork follows brand guidelines, client requirements, and company standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the promotional products, merchandising, corporate gifts, printing, branding, or advertising industry

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator,

• Strong knowledge of product merchandising and logo placement

• Ability to create professional mockups from scratch without relying solely on pre-made templates

• Understanding of printing processes, branding methods, artwork preparation, and production requirements

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

• Make revisions based on client or internal feedback

• Strong understanding of typography, color, layout, and branding

• Creative, organized, and highly detail-oriented

• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience:

• Experience working with corporate gifts and promotional merchandise

• Knowledge of different branding techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, UV printing, laser engraving, sublimation, DTF, and other customization methods

• Experience preparing artwork specifically for promotional products and production
