Senior Graphic Designer

JOB PURPOSE

We are looking for a highly skilled and professional Graphic Designer with advanced experience in Adobe Creative Cloud. The ideal candidate should be capable of developing high-quality visual concepts and delivering polished designs across branding, digital media, advertising, presentations, and print.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop professional visual identities and complete brand applications.

* Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, and digital advertisements.

* Create company profiles, proposals, catalogues, presentations, and marketing materials.

* Design packaging, brochures, menus, stationery, signage, and other print materials.

* Retouch, manipulate, enhance, and professionally composite images.

* Create realistic mockups and premium visual presentations.

* Prepare accurate print-ready and digital-ready artwork.

* Maintain consistency with approved brand guidelines.

* Review layouts, typography, colors, dimensions, and written content before delivery.

* Organize editable source files, linked assets, fonts, and final exports.

* Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

ADOBE SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS

The candidate must have professional-level experience in:

* Adobe Photoshop — advanced image editing, retouching, manipulation, compositing, and mockup creation.

* Adobe Illustrator — logo design, vector artwork, icons, patterns, typography, and brand identity systems.

* Adobe InDesign — company profiles, catalogues, brochures, proposals, presentations, and multi-page document layouts.

* Adobe After Effects — basic motion graphics, animated typography, logo animation, and social media content.

* Adobe Premiere Pro — basic video editing, transitions, color correction, audio synchronization, and export settings.

* Adobe Acrobat — reviewing, organizing, compressing, and preparing professional PDF documents.

REQUIRED SKILLS

* Professional experience in graphic design, branding, and visual communication.

* Advanced command of Adobe Creative Cloud applications.

* Strong understanding of typography, color theory, composition, hierarchy, grids, and layout systems.

* Excellent knowledge of print preparation, bleed, color modes, resolution, and export settings.

* Ability to transform creative briefs into refined and commercially effective designs.

* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and visual consistency.

* Ability to follow brand guidelines while contributing original creative ideas.

* Strong time-management skills and the ability to handle multiple client projects.

* Knowledge of AI image-generation and design-support tools is preferred.
