Senior Graphic Designer

We are seeking an ambitious, highly talented Senior Graphic Designer with proven creative agency experience to join our fast-paced creative team. In this role, you will lead visual direction, develop compelling brand systems, and execute multi-channel integrated campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients.

As a Senior Designer, you will bridge the gap between strategic creative vision and flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities1. Creative Leadership & Execution

• Concept Development: Translate client briefs and marketing strategies into innovative visual concepts across print, digital, social media, spatial/experiential, and motion media.

• Brand Identity Systems: Build comprehensive brand identities from scratch—including logos, typography, color palettes, iconography, and brand guidelines—and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Campaign Design: Lead the visual development of 360° integrated marketing campaigns, client pitch presentations, and key deliverables under tight timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 5+ years of graphic design experience, with at least 2–3 years in a creative agency or design firm setting.

• Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating high-end visual concepts, branding systems, typography mastery, digital campaigns, and production-ready execution.

• Technical Mastery:

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

• Experience with Motion Graphics (After Effects) or 3D software (Blender/Cinema 4D) is a strong plus.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Advanced understanding of grid systems, layout, color theory, and print/digital production standards.

• Strong project management and time-management skills under agency pace and deadline pressure.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations.
