About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Group Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution across Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and Risk Management Information Systems (RMIS).

This is a senior player/coach role for an experienced product leader who understands the GRC or RMIS market and can translate customer needs, competitive intelligence, market trends, and technology developments into a clear product vision and roadmap.

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Architecture, and business stakeholders to drive products from strategy and discovery through execution and measurable customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute product strategy for GRC and/or RMIS products and modules.
Define product vision, roadmap priorities, and market positioning.
Translate customer needs, market dynamics, competitive intelligence, and technology trends into product opportunities.
Own the process of taking product vision from strategy through execution.
Use data, experimentation, and customer feedback to validate roadmap priorities.
Develop compelling value propositions for internal and external stakeholders.
Partner with customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.
Monitor product KPIs and business metrics to measure product performance and impact.
Work closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Architecture, and business teams to deliver product capabilities.
Ensure product initiatives align with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
Research emerging technology, data, and AI trends that could influence the product roadmap.
Use AI-assisted tools for research, discovery, analysis, prototyping, and product documentation.
Help establish responsible and effective AI practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
Mentor and guide Product Managers and Product Analysts.
Promote collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the product organization.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience working in GRC or RMIS.
Experience in a product, product-adjacent, or product-informed role, such as:
Product Manager
Group Product Manager
Product Owner
Services Product Manager
Product Marketing
Implementation/Product Leadership
Similar product-focused role
Demonstrated understanding of GRC or RMIS markets, customers, and competitive landscapes.
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Proven ability to take a product vision from strategy through execution.
Experience developing product roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives.
Ability to translate complex domain knowledge into clear product strategy and business value.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong ability to collaborate with executive, technical, commercial, and customer-facing stakeholders.
Understanding of software development lifecycle processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with both GRC and RMIS.
Experience using AI tools within product management or software development.
Experience managing Product Managers or Product Analysts.
Experience with SaaS products.
Experience conducting competitive research and market analysis.
