Role Description The Senior Information Technology Business Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for analyzing business processes, gathering and documenting business requirements, and translating them into detailed technical specifications for IT teams. The individual will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, recommend technology-enabled solutions, and support the implementation of new systems and enhancements. Day-to-day activities include conducting workshops and interviews, preparing process maps and requirement documents, coordinating with developers and testers, and ensuring solutions meet business objectives and quality standards. The Senior IT Business Analyst will also support change management activities, provide user training or guidance, and help optimize existing processes through data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.

• Capable of translating operational constraints and the "360-Service" framework into technical specifications (BRDs and flowcharts) that developers can execute without ambiguity.

• Demonstrated experience in Business Analysis, including stakeholder engagement and solution recommendations.

• Ability to define and manage Business Requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.

• Knowledge of Business Process modeling, optimization, and documentation.

• Solid understanding of Information Technology concepts, systems, and project lifecycles.

• Experience working on complex, cross-functional IT projects, preferably in a senior or lead analyst capacity.

• Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, user stories, use cases).

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.

• Agile Governance: Proficient in managing product backlogs, facilitating sprint ceremonies, and conducting AS-IS/TO-BE gap analysis to ensure the final digital product aligns with the initial business intent.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; advanced certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are an advantage.

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
