Senior Interior Design Architect

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced

Senior ID Architect

to lead and oversee interior design and fit-out supervision packages in

Riyadh

, KSA. This role ensures top-tier quality compliance on behalf of the Supervision Consultant, managing ID contractor submittals, high-end material approvals, and multi-disciplinary site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Review: Evaluate ID contractor submittals (shop drawings, high-end material submittals, method statements, samples) and resolve RFIs.

• Site Leadership: Manage and guide site inspectors, providing technical support and engineering direction for ID/Fit-out works.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure all interior architectural works comply strictly with luxury project specifications, approved design concepts, and drawings.

• Coordination & Progress: Partner with other engineering disciplines (MEP, Structural) to resolve site conflicts and ensure works align with the schedule.

• Inspections & Records: Lead site inspections, testing, and commissioning for ID mock-ups and final handovers while maintaining precise records.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum

  10+ years of experience

  in Interior Design and Building Construction projects (Consultancy experience is highly preferred).

• Professional Registration: Valid Membership Certificate from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).

• Location: Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
