Senior Interior Designer (Design)

Established in 1954, we opened our first international office in Dubai in 2004 and have since established a strong presence across the Middle East and Asia, delivering innovative, high-quality, and multidisciplinary design solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Interior Designer - Design to join our team in Dubai and contribute to the development and delivery of high-quality interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop interior design concepts, space planning, and design proposals in line with project requirements and client expectations.

• Prepare and review design presentations, mood boards, material palettes, 3D visualizations, and detailed interior design drawings.

• Coordinate with architecture, MEP, structural, and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure design integration.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers throughout the design process.

• Review material specifications, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) selections.

• Ensure design deliverables comply with project specifications, applicable regulations, quality standards, and agreed timelines.

• Review design drawings, technical details, and submissions to ensure accuracy and design intent.

• Monitor design progress, coordinate revisions, and maintain consistency across all project deliverables.

• Provide design guidance and mentorship to junior interior designers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in interior design consultancy, preferably within the UAE or GCC.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality interior design concepts and completed design projects.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, and relevant 3D modelling and rendering software.

• Strong knowledge of space planning, materials, finishes, FF&E, and interior detailing.

• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary design teams and managing client requirements.

• Excellent communication, presentation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple design deliverables and meet project deadlines.
