Senior Interior Designer - Hospitality

Lead the design and development of high-end hospitality projects from concept through to completion Produce innovative and functional design concepts aligned with client briefs and brand standards Manage project timelines, budgets, and coordination with internal teams and external consultants Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and presentations Mentor and support junior designers, fostering a collaborative team environment Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 8+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong focus on hospitality projects Proven portfolio showcasing luxury hotel, restaurant, or F&B design work Proficiency in design software including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering tools (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar) Strong understanding of materials, finishes, FF&E selection, and technical detailing Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
