Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Lead end-to-end delivery of medium to large-scale IT projects.

• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, resources, stakeholders, and delivery outcomes.

• Drive project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication.

• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and third-party providers.

• Manage projects across regional, international, or multi-country environments.

• Apply Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies.

• Work closely with senior management, business sponsors, and technology teams.

• Ensure compliance with financial-sector and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Requirements:-

• 10+ years

  of hands-on IT Project Management experience.

• Minimum 7 years of Banking/Financial Services experience.

• PMP certification is mandatory.

• Proven experience managing medium to large-scale IT projects.

• Strong stakeholder, vendor, risk, budget, and project governance skills.

• Experience in international/multi-country project environments.

• Strong knowledge of

  Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid

  methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field.

• PRINCE2, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, COBIT, or PMI-ACP certifications are an advantage.
