Job Title: Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Omaha, Nebraska (onsite)

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled

Java Developer with strong experience in JavaServer Faces (JSF)

to design, develop, and maintain enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Java-based frameworks, UI component development, and backend integration, along with a passion for building scalable and performant systems.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain web applications using

Java, JSF, and related technologies
Build reusable UI components using

JSF (PrimeFaces/RichFaces/ADF Faces preferred)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services
Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications
Optimize application performance and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong proficiency in

Core Java (Java 8 or above)
Hands-on experience with

JavaServer Faces (JSF)

framework
Experience with

UI component libraries

such as

PrimeFaces, RichFaces, or ICEfaces
Good understanding of

MVC architecture
Experience with

Spring / Spring Boot

framework
Knowledge of

Hibernate/JPA for ORM
Strong experience in

HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Familiarity with

RESTful web services
Experience with

application servers

like

Tomcat, WildFly, or WebLogic
Strong knowledge of

SQL and relational databases

(Oracle/MySQL/PostgreSQL)

Preferred Skills

Experience in

Microservices architecture
Familiarity with

CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)
Knowledge of

cloud platforms

(Azure/AWS/GCP)
Experience with

version control systems (Git)
Exposure to frontend frameworks (Angular/React) is a plus
Understanding of

security standards (OAuth, JWT, etc.)
