accel bi corporation is seeking a

Senior Java & Cúram Developer

for a long-term government-sector application development and maintenance project. The consultant will design, develop, test, and support enterprise applications using Java, ReactJS, and IBM Cúram technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise web applications using Java/J2EE, XML, ReactJS, and Cúram.
Design and implement Cúram rules, batch processes, interfaces, web services, and evidence-based workflows.
Participate in requirements analysis, functional design, development, testing, defect resolution, and releases.
Collaborate with business, development, Agile, testing, and release-management teams.
Prepare technical documentation and support source-control, build, and deployment activities.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of Java/J2EE web application development experience.
Strong IBM Cúram V6, V7, or V8 development experience; V8 preferred.
Cúram certification and full lifecycle development experience.
Experience with Cúram Enterprise Framework, Solution Modules, IEG2, and CERT.
Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript, XML, HTML, CSS, SOAP, WSDL, and Cúram Web Services.
Experience with Oracle, Eclipse, IBM WebSphere, Git, Bitbucket, and Jira.
Experience with AWS or other cloud development.
Python programming experience.
Strong technical communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
State government IT experience is preferred.
