Senior Management Accountant – F&B & Education Industry

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Management Accountant with strong experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and/or Education industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial reporting, management accounting, budgeting, cost control, and supporting senior management with financial insights and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial planning.

• Monitor revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost controls.

• Analyze F&B costs, inventory, food costs, margins, and operational expenses.

• Support financial management of education/training operations, including course revenue and related expenses.

• Prepare financial statements and management reports.

• Monitor accounts receivable, payable, and general ledger activities.

• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, tax requirements, and internal controls.

• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.

• Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments.

• Lead and support finance team members where required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• CMA or ACCA qualification completed is mandatory.

• 5–8+ years of relevant accounting/finance experience.

• Previous experience in F&B and/or Education/Training industry is highly preferred.

• Strong knowledge of management accounting, budgeting, costing, and financial reporting.

• Excellent Excel and accounting/ERP system skills.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Candidates available for immediate joining are preferred.

• Candidates currently available in Qatar with a valid QID are preferred.

Pay: QAR1.00 - QAR2.00 per hour
