Senior Marketing Manager-Events & PR-FEMALE

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with strong experience in real estate marketing, events, branding and digital marketing. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the Qatar/GCC market, strong industry connections and the ability to lead marketing campaigns from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects and properties.

• Plan and manage property launches, events, exhibitions, activations and promotional campaigns.

• Lead digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR, branding and content activities.

• Manage relationships with media, advertising agencies, PR agencies and other marketing partners.

• Manage marketing budgets, agencies and vendors and monitor campaign performance and ROI.

• Work closely with Sales, Leasing and Business Development teams to support commercial objectives.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and identify new marketing opportunities.

• Prepare marketing plans, reports and presentations for senior management.

• Ensure consistent and strong brand visibility across all marketing channels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media or a related field.

• 10–12 years of marketing experience, with significant experience in real estate.

• Proven experience in real estate projects, property launches, events and campaigns.

• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media, advertising, PR and branding.

• Good network with media, agencies and marketing partners in Qatar/GCC.

• Experience managing budgets, vendors and marketing agencies.

• Good understanding of the Qatar real estate market; GCC experience is an advantage.

• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong communication, leadership, presentation and negotiation skills.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is confident, proactive, creative and commercially minded, with a strong personality and the ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.

Preference will be given to candidates currently based in Qatar who can join immediately or within a short notice period.

Pay: Up to QAR20,000.00 per month
