We're Hiring: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer – Pressure Vessels & Heat Exchangers

API Advance Solutions is expanding its engineering team and is looking for an experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer to join us in a key technical role.

Position: Senior Mechanical Design Engineer

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience Required: 10+ Years

Industry: Pressure Vessel Manufacturing

Key Requirements:

🔹 Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)

🔹 10+ years of hands-on experience in the design of pressure vessels and heat exchangers

🔹 Deep, working knowledge of Pressure Vessel & Heat Exchanger design principles, including thermal and mechanical design aspects

🔹 Strong expertise in Piping Stress Analysis, with the ability to evaluate and resolve complex stress and flexibility issues

🔹 Extensive experience within a pressure vessel manufacturing environment is essential

🔹 In-depth knowledge of ASME Section VIII (Div. 1/2) and other relevant design codes and standards

🔹 Proficiency in design software such as PV Elite, AutoCAD, CAESAR II, or equivalent tools

🔹 Proven ability to independently lead design calculations, engineering drawings, and technical documentation

🔹 Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers
