About the Role

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Microsoft Fabric Engineer to design, develop, and implement modern data and analytics solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Azure, and Power BI.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Microsoft Fabric and experience integrating data from ERP, CRM, and other enterprise applications to support business reporting, analytics, and AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain data solutions using Microsoft Fabric, OneLake, Lakehouse, and Warehouse

    .

  • Build and optimize Data Factory pipelines, Dataflows Gen2, and ETL/ELT processes for data integration and transformation.

  • Implement Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture using SQL, Python, PySpark, and Spark notebooks.

  • Integrate data from ERP, CRM, WMS, SQL Server, APIs, and other enterprise systems

  • Develop dimensional data models, curated datasets, and Power BI semantic models for enterprise reporting.

  • Implement data quality checks, security controls, row-level security, and performance optimization.

  • Support analytics for Sales (O2C), Procurement (P2P), Inventory, Finance (R2R), and Supply Chain

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver reliable data solutions and support AI/analytics initiatives.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in data engineering, data integration, or business intelligence.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric , including OneLake, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory pipelines, and Dataflows Gen2.

  • Proficiency in SQL, Python/PySpark, Spark, and Power BI
