Senior ML Ops Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior MLOps Engineer to deploy, operate, and maintain machine learning, Generative AI, and agent-based solutions in production. The role will focus on building reliable deployment pipelines, monitoring AI services, managing releases, resolving incidents, and ensuring production systems remain secure, scalable, and cost-effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade MLOps and CI/CD pipelines.

• Deploy and manage machine learning models, APIs, AI agents, RAG workflows, and inference services.

• Monitor system performance, model drift, data quality, response quality, security risks, and cloud costs.

• Support incident investigation, root-cause analysis, remediation, and post-incident improvements.

• Maintain technical documentation, runbooks, release checklists, and deployment templates.

• Collaborate with AI, data, software, IT, security, and business teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in MLOps, DevOps, platform engineering, data engineering, software engineering, or machine learning engineering.

• Strong experience with Python, SQL, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, Terraform, REST APIs, Linux, Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Snowflake, FastAPI, Airflow, and Azure Data Factory.

• Hands-on experience deploying and supporting containerised AI or machine learning services.

• Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMOps, model registries, RAG workflows, vector stores, observability, and cloud security.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.

Pay: AED35,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
