Remote contract. Quarterly travel. Work in EST-PST time zone. VISA SPONSORSHIP IS NOT AVAILABLE
We are seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to help shape how new customers discover, adopt, and grow within our ecosystem โ starting with AutoCAD Web as a low-barrier front door.
This is an individual contributor role on our Product Growth team, dedicated to a strategic initiative focused on very-small-business (VSB) and SMB customers who need a low-friction, fast-to-learn entry point into our system. Your mandate is to get the digital experience and the offer properly calibrated to what these customers actually need and expect โ delivering value first, and guiding customers toward the right adjacent products and points of value across the portfolio as their needs grow.
You will apply a scientist's mindset to growth: forming hypotheses, running structured experiments, interpreting behavioral data, and scaling what works. We are starting with the trial and onboarding funnel, but the larger effort is reshaping AutoCAD Web into a true front door โ low barrier to entry, genuinely useful on day one, and able to route customers to the offerings that fit them.
This role requires fluency in AI-powered workflows. You will be expected to use AI to increase experimentation velocity, streamline analysis, improve personalization, and build operational leverage โ including designing automated workflows and building or managing AI agents that support growth initiatives.
You will succeed here by operating through influence, not authority. This team has no dedicated engineering; you will move Product, Analytics, and platform/engineering partners toward shared outcomes without owning their roadmaps. Itโs essential youโre comfortable earning alignment across teams you don't control.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, treats AI as a force multiplier, and can deliver quality execution from day one under an ambitious timeline.
Top skills
-
Growth Experimentation & Funnel Optimization Experience
-
Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Customer Lifecycle Ownership
-
Strong Analytical Skills + Cross-Functional Influence
What You'll Do
-
Own the new customer's early experience โ from first touch through activation and the first moments of realized value โ and calibrate it to the needs and expectations of VSB/SMB customers new to our system
-
Design and run rapid experimentation across the trial funnel, onboarding, in-product guidance, and lifecycle touchpoints, starting with the AutoCAD Web entry point.
-
Translate product usage and behavioral signals into prioritized growth hypotheses and test plans
-
Help shape how AutoCAD Web guides customers toward relevant adjacent client offerings and points of value as their needs expand
-
Partner with Product and Analytics to identify high-intent engagement signals and strengthen the Product Qualified Lead (PQL) motion for this segment
-
Analyze experiment results and funnel performance to produce actionable insight and inform investment decisions
-
Partner with Analytics to build dashboards and reporting that track activation, conversion, expansion, and retention for this segment
-
Quantify opportunity size and expected impact to prioritize the right work
-
Use AI-powered tools and workflows to improve experimentation velocity, personalization, and operational efficiency
-
Drive cross-functional growth initiatives end-to-end โ securing alignment and accountability across teams you influence but don't own
What We're Looking For
-
A track record of running structured experimentation programs (A/B, multivariate, rapid-test frameworks) with real hypotheses, metrics, and outcomes you can speak to concretely
-
Growth marketing experience where you owned funnel outcomes โ not demand generation, campaign management, or top-of-funnel lead volume as the primary measure of success
-
Strong analytical instincts and fluency using behavioral and performance data to make decisions
-
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, and engineering partners, and to make progress without formal authority over them
-
Working fluency with product-led growth (PLG) principles and lifecycle strategy
-
Hands-on comfort using AI tools to accelerate analysis, content, and workflow
-
Strong project management and clear communication
Nice to Have
-
Experience driving growth in SMB or self-serve SaaS
-
Familiarity with a Product Qualified Lead (PQL) motion
-
Hands-on experience with product analytics and experimentation platforms
-
Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and personalization
-
Background in B2B SaaS, digital commerce, or subscription models
Tools You'll Work With
- Our environment includes product analytics and experimentation tooling (e.g., Pendo), customer data and segmentation via Segment, marketing automation via Marketo, and AI agent tooling via Relevance AI.
