Job description

Senior Product Manager

Remote (periodic travel to Arizona) · Reports to CTO

*YOU MUST LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES*

*340B IS A MUST*

We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to own product for our 340B compliance platform — working closely with engineering and operations to turn deep regulatory complexity into a seamless, reliable product our customers can actually depend on.

You'll sit at the center of the business: translating what operations and compliance need into clear direction for engineering, and making sure what ships actually works the way it's supposed to for the physician practices we serve. The technical architecture and direction are owned by engineering — your job is to make sure what gets built solves the real problem, not to dictate how it's built.

This is an autonomous, senior role — you're making real product calls, not gathering requirements and passing them along.

What you'll do:

  • Own product strategy and roadmap for our 340B compliance platform, end to end

  • Work closely with engineering and operations to translate complex 340B requirements into product decisions that actually hold up in practice

  • Partner directly with our Data Acquisition Engineer to confirm that synthesized EMR data meets real operational and compliance requirements

  • Validate that what ships actually meets the operational requirement — using AI tooling (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, and other current tools) to reason through test scenarios and confirm system behavior (roughly 15% of the role)

  • Identify gaps between what the system does and what compliance and operations actually require, before they become customer-facing problems

What you bring:

  • Senior product management experience — you've owned a product end to end and made real calls, not just gathered requirements

  • Deep, credible 340B expertise — hands-on experience at a covered entity, contract pharmacy, or 340B consulting environment. You need to know the domain cold to do this job well.

  • Comfortable operating autonomously, while deferring to engineering on technical architecture and implementation decisions

  • Product-first instinct on validation — you think in terms of "does this meet the requirement," not deep code-level QA

  • Fluent working with AI tools (Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, or whatever's current) as part of how you reason through and validate product decisions

Details:

  • Remote, periodic travel to Arizona — must live near a major US airport

  • US Citizens or Green Card holders only — no C2C, no consultants

  • Compensation based on experience, senior-level
