This is a remote position.

Global HQ is located in Macquarie Park, Sydney, where all Research & Development, Manufacturing and Corporate functions reside. The US Corporate HQ is located in Indianapolis, IN.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES & AUTHORITY (INCLUDES DELEGATION):

  • The Senior Product Manager – Connectivity is the primary subject matter expert for the North American Nanosonics Connectivity portfolio, including NanosonicsConnect and related digital and data solutions. This role is responsible for managing the existing connectivity business, driving portfolio adoption and expansion, and achieving profitable growth. The role requires strategic, data-driven decision making, strong cross-functional leadership, and the ability to develop and execute a connectivity-focused commercial plan.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Develop, communicate, and execute a yearly strategic business plan for the Nanosonics Connectivity portfolio in North America.

  • Monitor and submit accurate forecasts for connectivity products, software-enabled solutions, subscriptions, and related portfolio offerings on a regular basis.

  • Conduct regular analysis of connectivity portfolio performance, customer adoption, utilization, and market trends; create reporting tools to identify opportunities and enable proactive action as needed.

  • Achieve revenue, gross margin, adoption, retention, and portfolio objectives for the Nanosonics Connectivity portfolio.

  • Probe to fully uncover and understand customer connectivity needs, data workflow requirements, IT/security considerations, and business objectives; effectively match Nanosonics products, services, and technologies to assist in solving customer issues.

  • Develop marketing materials, launch tools, value messaging, and sales enablement resources to support connectivity-focused solution selling and consultative customer engagement.

  • Expand the portfolio by supporting new connectivity product launches, feature enhancements, subscription or service offerings, and customer adoption programs.

  • Partner with customers, IT stakeholders, channel partners, and internal teams to streamline connectivity onboarding, implementation, integration, training, and ongoing support processes.

  • Develop relationships with channel partners, strategic accounts, and customer stakeholders to educate on the connectivity portfolio and identify new ways to maximize adoption and sales opportunities.

  • Demonstrates product, clinical workflow, digital connectivity, and customer application knowledge.

  • Capable of delineating and communicating the strengths and competitive advantages of Nanosonics connectivity products, services, and technologies, including how their application can assist customers in meeting clinical, operational, compliance, and data workflow objectives.

  • Defines top business priorities and activities; works diligently to maintain course on proactive measures and minimize reactive elements.

  • Maintains strong internal and external customer relationships by demonstrating integrity and being accountable for commitments.

  • Ensures customer’s needs are communicated and interpreted throughout the appropriate

channels.

  • Consistently acts in a manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations while considering the reasonableness of request and fairness to the company.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required (Business or Marketing preferred); MBA preferred

  • Minimum five (5+) years successful product management experience with digital health, connectivity, software-enabled, SaaS, or medical technology solutions.

  • Demonstrated knowledge in downstream marketing, including experience launching new products, digital solutions, or software-enabled offerings in the North American market.

  • Product lifecycle management, portfolio roadmap, feature prioritization, and commercialization experience.

  • Experience collaborating with and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

  • Adept at working with market development managers to create customer-facing materials.

  • Understanding of healthcare data workflows, device connectivity, cybersecurity or IT review processes, and customer implementation considerations preferred.

  • Successful history collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and commercial objectives.

  • Experience in infection control and risk management (preferred).

  • Understanding of the hospital buying process including the role of National Accounts, GPOs, IDNs, and distributors.

  • Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements.

  • Self-starter with ability to multi-task and work with ambiguity.

  • Ability to travel up to 30% - trade shows, customer visits, internal meetings, etc.

  • Strong business/time management skills; proven experience balancing business-critical and strategic priorities.

  • Demonstrated capability collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills to multiple stakeholder levels.

Pay range and compensation package

Annual salary $130,000 - $166,000

STI 15%
