This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Crown and Bridge based in the United States.
This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of digital dentistry by transforming complex clinical and production workflows into intuitive customer experiences.
Youâll own product strategy and execution across Crown and Bridge experiences, helping dentists influence the design and outcome of their restorations.
Your work will span interactive 3D previews, technician collaboration, AI-powered crown generation, and chairside ordering experiences.
Youâll work closely with engineering, machine learning, design, manufacturing, and business teams to connect digital experiences with physical products.
The role combines customer discovery, strategic thinking, hands-on product development, and rapid iteration in a high-growth environment.
Youâll have meaningful ownership over the roadmap while working directly with real-world operational and clinical constraints.
This is an opportunity to build products where software innovation has a direct impact on clinicians, dental teams, and patients.
Accountabilities:
-
Own the product strategy and roadmap for a defined area within Crown and Bridge, such as bridges, veneers, or elements of the chairside ordering experience.
-
Develop a deep understanding of internal design and production workflows and translate complex processes into intuitive experiences for dental professionals.
-
Define product vision, priorities, requirements, and execution plans while balancing customer needs, business objectives, technical considerations, and operational realities.
-
Partner closely with CAD engineering, machine learning, UX design, manufacturing, and business leadership to ensure digital experiences align with the physical products ultimately delivered.
-
Lead products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, measurement, and continuous iteration.
-
Conduct customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, validate assumptions, and uncover new product opportunities.
-
Engage directly with dental professionals and operational teams to understand workflows and ensure products address real clinical needs.
-
Coordinate launches and rollouts in a live operational environment, including preparing teams, supporting adoption, and adapting quickly to real-world production constraints.
-
Establish and monitor meaningful product metrics, combining quantitative performance data with qualitative customer feedback to evaluate impact and guide future decisions.
-
Serve as a key connection point between product, design, engineering, operations, and business teams, ensuring alignment from strategy through execution.
Requirements
-
4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of managing software products through the full lifecycle from MVP to general release and subsequent iterations.
-
Experience developing technology-driven products that influence physical products, real-world movement, clinical workflows, or operational processes.
-
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a strong bias toward action and execution.
-
Ability to move comfortably between high-level product strategy and detailed product specifications, requirements, and execution.
-
Strong customer empathy and a demonstrated commitment to understanding end-user needs through direct research, observation, and engagement.
-
Ability to develop a compelling product vision and translate it into a clear, actionable roadmap.
-
Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience aligning technical, design, operational, and business stakeholders around shared objectives.
-
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to combine customer insights, market research, qualitative feedback, and quantitative data to make product decisions.
-
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence teams and stakeholders without relying solely on formal authority.
-
Curiosity, creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to work closely with customers and operational teams.
-
Experience in dental, MedTech, healthcare technology, or another operationally complex, technology-driven industry is a plus.
Benefits
-
Comprehensive and inclusive benefits designed to support employees across different locations.
-
