Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, E2E Product Experience for OTR based in United States.

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to shape the end-to-end digital experience for commercial fleet and Over-The-Road (OTR) customers.

You will own product strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and business outcomes across digital payment platforms and mobile driver experiences.

The role sits at the intersection of B2B payments, transaction processing, native mobile applications, and user-centered product design.

You will lead the evolution of real-time spending capabilities, virtual and cardless payments, and connected web and mobile journeys.

Working closely with engineering, UX, commercial teams, and senior stakeholders, you will turn customer needs into scalable product experiences.

Modern analytics and generative AI tools will be central to accelerating discovery, documentation, experimentation, and product decision-making.

This is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic product leader who thrives in complex, technology-driven environments and can influence across an organization.

Accountabilities

  • Own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, priorities, and business outcomes for core OTR digital payment platforms and native mobile driver experiences.

  • Define and execute product initiatives spanning commercial payments, real-time spend capabilities, virtual cards, cardless payment experiences, and transaction processing.

  • Lead end-to-end product discovery and execution, translating business objectives and customer needs into actionable product roadmaps and go-to-market plans.

  • Partner closely with UX researchers and designers to map customer journeys, improve usability, and create seamless experiences across web and mobile touchpoints.

  • Drive mobile product evolution across native iOS and Android experiences while promoting effective feature parity between web portals and mobile applications.

  • Establish and leverage product metrics, analytics, and executive dashboards to measure adoption, performance, customer outcomes, and progress against strategic OKRs.

  • Use generative AI and AI-driven platforms to accelerate discovery, automate product documentation, analyze behavioral patterns, and evaluate opportunities for intelligent product capabilities.

  • Collaborate with engineering, business, commercial, and executive stakeholders to build alignment around product direction and delivery priorities.

  • Influence strategic decisions through customer insights, market knowledge, competitive analysis, and data-driven recommendations.

  • Mentor and guide product team members on product management practices, strategic thinking, discovery, and execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, design, or a related discipline.

  • 8+ years of professional experience, including significant ownership of complex digital payment, mobile, or technology product initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience managing products within B2B payments, commercial card systems, transaction processing, or mobile application ecosystems.

  • Strong understanding of payment rails, real-time spend, virtual cards, transaction settlement, or related commercial payment technologies.

  • Proven experience defining product strategy, establishing multi-year roadmaps, translating organizational objectives into priorities, and independently leading complex initiatives through go-to-market.

  • Demonstrated expertise in product metrics, analytics, and OKR-driven product management.

  • Strong experience partnering with UX/UI teams and incorporating customer research, journey mapping, usability, and design-thinking principles into product discovery.

  • Experience with native iOS/Android product lifecycles and web-to-mobile workflow or feature-parity strategies is highly valuable.

  • Advanced proficiency with data and analytics tools used to identify customer behavior, measure product adoption, and inform continuous improvement.

  • Strong ability to influence and align engineering, UX, commercial, and executive stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, strategic thinking, and mentorship skills.

  • Experience with Over-The-Road payments, commercial fleet solutions, cardless fueling, or related transportation payment technologies is preferred.

  • A master’s degree in business, product management, computer science, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience with agentic AI certification or hands-on AI-first product development is advantageous.

  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate effectively across distributed teams.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work arrangement in the United States.

  • Base salary range of $125,300–$154,100 , depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.

  • Eligibility for bonus or incentive compensation based on the applicable plan.

  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Retirement savings plan with applicable employer benefits.

  • Paid time off to support personal and professional well-being.

  • Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options.

  • Life insurance and disability insurance.

  • Tuition reimbursement and professional development support.

  • A market-competitive benefits package designed to support employee well-being and long-term career growth.

  • Opportunity to work on innovative payment, mobile, analytics, and AI-driven products serving complex commercial customer needs.
