We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who can lead high-impact initiatives across our therapist and patient experiences

This person will own a critical part of the Journey flywheel, while building the systems that connect marketing, product, and clinical operations into one cohesive growth engine

This is a highly cross-functional, strategic, and analytical position that blends product strategy, growth experimentation, and operational design
-
You’ll work closely with our clinical, marketing, data, and engineering teams to design scalable, delightful experiences that move the metrics that matter: activation rate, therapist and patient LTV, and overall marketplace efficiency

Own product strategy for one or more key growth pillars (e.g., Therapist Activation, Patient Conversion, or Monetization), from problem definition through launch and optimization

Deeply understand user journeys across therapists, patients, and internal teams by identifying friction points and designing product-led solutions that increase adoption and throughput

Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Ops, and Data Science, and Success Teams to align roadmaps, ensure data integrity, and deliver measurable business impact

Use data to drive decisions — define metrics, run experiments, and synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative sources to prioritize work with the highest ROI

Collaborate with team to integrate agentic workflows that reduce manual processes and enhance the therapist and patient experience

Translate business goals into product requirements by writing strategic documents, specs, and success metrics that connect strategic objectives to tangible outcomes

Contribute to the evolution of the product org by helping us refine our product development process, rituals, and culture as we scale

5+ years of experience in product management at a growth-stage SaaS, marketplace, or healthtech company
-
Deep empathy for therapists and patients, with a desire to improve access to mental health care
-
Strong analytical and systems thinking skills; comfortable building models, mapping funnels, and diagnosing conversion levers across a multi-sided ecosystem

Experience working in cross-functional environments with marketing, sales, operations, and data teams
-
Familiarity with AI tools, low-code/no-code systems, or automation platforms (Zapier, Airtable, Snowflake, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus

Track record of delivering measurable impact (activation, retention, revenue growth)

A bias toward action. Willing to do what it takes to deliver products including leveraging tools to build mockups, writing copy, and developing GTM plans as needed
