The

Senior Product Manager

is accountable for this ServiceNow Platform, currently consisting of the ITSM module. This role defines the platform strategic roadmap, aligning with business strategy and establishes governance policies as well as provides oversight of daily operations of the platform.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead product strategy to support Link Logistics operational efficiency and employee experience goals. Help drive efficiency that sets Link at the optimal level to support our future growth.

  • Serve as the single point of contact for the ServiceNow ITSM module and coordinate the delivery of new features and workflows.

  • Coordinate the daily operations, and work with stakeholders in the business and within the technology organization to ensure smooth product operations including but not limited to monitoring, upgrades, and access.

  • Interact and collaborate with stakeholders on key product considerations and align product vision, features and roadmap.

  • Oversee major product releases and overall execution of the releases while assessing risk. Work closely with the development team to determine changes required as a result of product releases to ensure successful and high-quality releases.

  • Work closely with developers, product owners, and program managers to drive technical standards, architecture, and overall platform simplicity and scalability principles.

  • Communicate product priorities and build consensus.

  • Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome.

  • Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life.

  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions.

  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objects and Key Results (OKRs) for the product team and ensure alignment with senior leadership.

  • Builds product backlog, prioritize items to achieve OKRs.

  • Creates and/or maintains key product documentation.

  • Ensures that documented development policies, procedures and best practices are followed.

  • Set standards to drive the implementation of integrations between ServiceNow Integration Hub APIs and other Link systems/applications.

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree in technology, or Bachelors degree with IT relevant experience

  • 3-5 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, implementing, and operating the platform.

  • Hands-on experience with ITSM administration/configuration.

  • Strong ITIL knowledge, including Incident/Problem, Change, Knowledge and Config with certification 4.0 preferred.

  • Experience in process definition and governance.

  • 3 years experience integrating ServiceNow with other systems via APIs and Integration Hub.

  • Experience leading developers.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Catalog Development.

  • Experience with ServiceNow portal configuration.

  • Experience working with implementation partners and managed service providers.

  • Experience leading technical product ownership.

  • Knowledge and hands-on experience of ServiceNow workflow and automation principles.

  • Knowledge of ServiceNow development tools.

  • Knowledge of business analysis processes and concepts.

  • Experience with Agile development processes and methodologies.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to all levels of management.

$165,000 - $180,000 represents the presently anticipated base compensation pay range for this position at Link. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
