Senior Product Manager
Loansure
Job description
Position Summary:
Loansure helps mortgage lenders find and convert homeowners into borrowers, and weโve built the business on direct mail at scale. Weโre now investing in a true omni-channel marketing engine โ digital landing pages, retargeting, SMS, and more โ that lets our lending clients reach homeowners wherever they are, not just in the mailbox. Omni-Channel started a few months ago as a proof of concept and is already beating direct-mail benchmarks with our first lending clients; the vision from here is a full omni-channel engine that becomes a core, scaled product across our whole client base. Weโre looking for a Senior Product Manager to help lead that next phase, working side by side with our Head of Omni-Channel โ he brings channel strategy and client relationships, you bring product craft, and together youโll turn that direction into a roadmap a cross-functional team can execute against. This role is for someone who wants to take a validated proof of concept and build the product function that scales it into a real line of business.
Position Responsibilities:
-
Co-own the product strategy and roadmap for Omni-Channel Marketing with the Head of Omni-Channel, blending his channel expertise and client relationships with your product judgment to decide what we build next, in what order, and why.
-
Lead end-to-end product management across landing pages, retargeting, and SMS today, and the new channels we add as the line of business grows โ display, paid social, streaming/OTT, audio, and true digital prospecting.
-
Build the business case and sequencing plan for expanding Omni-Channel across our client base, and present that thinking directly to leadership.
-
Run the operating rhythm for a dedicated team โ discovery, requirements, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery.
-
Define the metrics and reporting that matter for this business (response rate, cost per response, cost per acquisition, and more as new channels launch), and use that data to inform prioritization and pitch new bets.
-
Own cross-functional coordination end to end, represent Omni-Channel in client and leadership conversations, and evaluate new vendors, technology partners, and channel opportunities as you help build out the product function itself.
Qualifications:
Required
-
6+ years of product management experience, including building and prioritizing a product roadmap.
-
A track record of partnering closely with a senior business or marketing stakeholder as a peer in shaping a shared roadmap.
-
Strong strategic and analytical skills โ comfortable building a business case, sizing opportunities, and weighing trade-offs.
-
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams (engineering, creative, marketing) and drive delivery independently, with minimal day-to-day oversight.
-
Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management instincts โ able to anticipate how a change will ripple into other teams or systems and manage that impact proactively.
-
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at every level โ from the engineers building the product to clients and executive leadership.
-
Genuine expertise or strong working knowledge of marketing technology โ landing pages, retargeting and display advertising, SMS, and email automation โ with curiosity to learn adjacent channels.
-
Experience helping take a new product or line of business from early traction to broader, repeatable scale.
Preferred
-
Experience in martech, adtech, or a marketing-adjacent product organization.
-
Experience with product or backlog tools such as Jira or Asana.
-
Exposure to platforms such as Instapage, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, or SMS/conversational marketing tools.
-
Experience with paid social, OTT/streaming, audio, or programmatic display advertising.
-
Experience in mortgage, lending, or financial services.
