Senior Product Manager- OEM

About the Role:

We’re looking for a

Senior Product Manager

with strong experience in

automotive OEM service parts / aftersales supply chain systems

to lead product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of enterprise platforms supporting service-parts operations.

Must-Have Experience:

• 8+ years in

  Product Management / Systems Product Ownership

• Strong

  Automotive OEM Service Parts / Aftersales

  experience

• Service-parts processes:

  forecasting, replenishment, inventory, ordering, allocation, backorders & fulfillment

• Experience with

  warranty returns, claims and reverse logistics

• Hands-on exposure to

  SAP or another enterprise ERP

• Integrations across

  ERP, WMS, DMS, PLM, TMS and/or Salesforce

• Strong experience with

  product roadmaps, requirements, user stories & backlog management

• 5+ years working across the

  SDLC

• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management
