This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Order Quality based in United States.
This role leads the vision, strategy, and execution of products focused on improving fulfillment order quality and customer satisfaction. You will shape experiences that help customers discover items, communicate preferences, and navigate replacement workflows with greater confidence. The position sits at the intersection of customer, shopper, retailer, and operational experiences in a complex physical environment. You will own a product roadmap from discovery through scaled launch, using data and experimentation to drive measurable outcomes. Close collaboration with engineering, design, research, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams will be central to your work. The role also provides an opportunity to explore AI and LLM technologies to improve product experiences. Success will require strong product judgment, analytical rigor, stakeholder influence, and an ability to move quickly while maintaining high standards.
Accountabilities:

Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Order Quality within a fulfillment environment.

Drive product initiatives from early discovery and concept development through execution, launch, iteration, and scaled adoption.

Identify opportunities to improve item discovery, replacement workflows, and customer preference management.

Develop experiences that support reliable fulfillment for customers and retailers while enabling efficient picking workflows for shoppers.

Partner with design and user research teams to understand customer and shopper needs and translate insights into product opportunities.

Build a deep understanding of in-store retail and fulfillment experiences to inform product decisions.

Define clear product success metrics aligned with engagement, conversion, retention, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes.

Establish and manage a rigorous experimentation program, including A/B and multivariate testing.

Use quantitative and qualitative data to prioritize initiatives, evaluate results, and make informed product tradeoffs.

Explore and incorporate AI and LLM technologies where they can meaningfully improve shopper and customer experiences.

Collaborate with engineering, data science, operations, partnerships, legal, and privacy teams to deliver products responsibly and at scale.

Balance product velocity with quality, reliability, privacy, and compliance considerations.

Build alignment among diverse stakeholders and communicate product decisions, priorities, risks, and tradeoffs clearly.

Drive execution across cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority.

Continuously refine product strategy based on experimentation, customer insights, business results, and changing market needs.

Maintain a high bar for customer experience and measurable business impact in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:

4+ years of professional product management experience, ideally involving operationally complex physical environments.

Demonstrated experience building and launching products end-to-end, from early concepts through scaled delivery.

Strong understanding of product strategy, roadmap development, prioritization, experimentation, and lifecycle management.

Highly data-literate, with the ability to use analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities and make sound product decisions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly when navigating ambiguous or evolving requirements.

Ability to define meaningful product metrics and use A/B testing or multivariate testing to evaluate product improvements.

Strong understanding of customer and user experiences, with a focus on delivering measurable customer and commercial outcomes.

Experience collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to bring complex products to market.

Ability to work effectively with data science, operations, partnerships, legal, privacy, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.

Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams around shared goals without direct reporting authority.

Strong prioritization skills and the ability to make clear tradeoffs in a fast-moving environment.

Experience with fulfillment products or operationally complex products is valuable.

Benefits:

Annual base salary range of $194,000–$204,500 CAD for successful candidates based in Canada.
