About the Role
As a Senior Product Manager – Population Health, you will own a major product domain or complex population health workflow within Atlas, Innovaccer's Population Health platform. You will shape multi-quarter product strategy, lead complex cross-functional initiatives, and translate customer needs into scalable solutions that deliver measurable healthcare and business outcomes.
This role requires strong product judgment, healthcare domain understanding, and the ability to operate across Product, Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, Commercial, and Customer Success organizations.
You will serve as a product thought partner to senior leadership and enterprise customers while identifying opportunities to use AI, automation, analytics, and intelligent workflows to transform population health operations.
A Day in the Life

Domain Ownership:
Own an end-to-end product domain or major population health workflow within Atlas, defining strategy, roadmap, PRDs, and prioritization.
●
Customer & Market Discovery:
Lead discovery across customer segments and healthcare stakeholders to identify unmet needs, validate solutions, and strengthen product-market fit.
●
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with Engineering, Design, Data/AI, Clinical, and domain teams to translate complex healthcare workflows into scalable, intuitive product experiences.
●
AI-Native Innovation:
Identify opportunities to apply AI, analytics, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve population health outcomes and operational efficiency.
●
Enterprise Customer Engagement:
Work directly with enterprise customers and healthcare stakeholders to understand challenges, validate product direction, and drive adoption.
●
GTM Partnership:
Collaborate with GTM, Customer Success, and Solutions teams on launches, positioning, implementations, and strategic customer engagements.
●
Product Outcomes:
Define and track metrics for adoption, workflow efficiency, customer value, retention, growth, and business impact.
●
Strategic Influence:
Serve as a product thought partner to senior leadership and influence decisions across complex stakeholder groups.
●
Product Excellence:
Establish strong discovery, prioritization, execution, and measurement practices across the owned domain.
●
Talent Development:
Mentor Product Managers and contribute to raising the overall product-management bar.
What You Need
●
Experience:
7–10+ years of Product Management experience, with meaningful experience in healthcare technology or enterprise SaaS.
●
Healthcare Expertise:
Strong understanding of US healthcare, preferably across population health and value-based care.
●
Product Leadership:
Proven experience owning complex products with multiple stakeholders, workflows, dependencies, and customer segments.
●
Strategy & Execution:
Strong customer discovery, product strategy, prioritization, execution, and analytical skills.
●
Executive Influence:
Ability to influence senior stakeholders, drive alignment, and make decisions without direct authority.
●
Communication:
Excellent written, verbal, analytical, and executive communication skills.
