Senior Product Manager

Role Description

The Senior Product Manager will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital media products, from discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and optimization. This part-time hybrid role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining product vision and roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements, collaborating with engineering, design, editorial, and marketing teams, and managing backlogs and release plans. The role involves analyzing user data and feedback, running experiments, and iterating on features to improve engagement, retention, and monetization. The Senior Product Manager will also coordinate cross-functional alignment, communicate progress to stakeholders, and ensure products are delivered on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Proven product management experience in digital media, tech, or related industries, including ownership of roadmap, requirements, and feature prioritization.

• Strong skills in user research, data analysis, and experimentation, with the ability to translate insights into clear product decisions.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, content, marketing) and managing agile workflows or similar methodologies.

• Ability to design and refine product strategies focused on audience growth, engagement, and revenue, with familiarity in digital content, platforms, or subscription models.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills, with a structured approach to presenting complex information.

• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the discipline to manage time and priorities in a part-time capacity.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Media, or similar) or equivalent practical experience; prior leadership or senior-level responsibilities are highly valued.

• Interest in technology and tech media, awareness of industry trends, and a mindset oriented toward innovation and continuous improvement.
