Senior Product Manager

Role Overview

Miach Orthopaedics is seeking a Senior Product Manager to establish and lead product management initiatives. The role involves a healthy mix of upstream and downstream responsibilities with an emphasis on surgeon-facing marketing and commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive upstream and downstream product management activities across product pipelines, indications, and variations.

• Develop surgeon-facing marketing strategies, product messaging, positioning, and pricing.

• Collaborate closely with sales, medical education, and clinical teams.

• Engage directly with orthopedic/sports medicine surgeons and key opinion leaders.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of product management experience, preferably within sports medicine or orthobiologics.

• Demonstrated strategic thinking, agency, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, growth-oriented, cross-functional team.

• Hybrid setup: based locally in Massachusetts with 2-3 days per week in-office (Westborough).
