Senior Product Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the roadmap, pricing, packaging, and documentation of new product ideas. By maintaining a good customer and market knowledge, this candidate will be able to successfully build and iterate on our products.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and drive the roadmap for our products

• Internalize and represent the customers' voice throughout the product lifecycle

• Collect and measure key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plan iterations accordingly

• Translate market trends into a compelling product direction and vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering or related field of study

• 5+ years' experience in product management

• Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Slack

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Technical Product Manager

to take full ownership of this platform and play a key role in shaping its future.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact product role.

You won't simply be managing a roadmap or coordinating meetings. You'll work directly with our

CEO, CTO, Business Analysts, developers and operational teams

to understand business requirements, identify opportunities, prioritise development and turn ideas into scalable product solutions.

You'll be responsible for understanding both the

technical detail and commercial objectives

behind the platform, ensuring our CRM continues to improve as the business grows.

Our platform currently supports areas including:

• Lead management and automation

• Property inventory and portal integrations

• Client-to-property matching

• Agent workflows and listings

• Deal tracking and commission management

• Reporting and analytics

• AI-assisted tools

• Internal operational workflows

• Data and system integrations

• And much more

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall

  product strategy, vision and roadmap

  for the CRM/SaaS platform

• Work closely with the CEO and CTO to translate business objectives into product initiatives

• Gather and analyse requirements from internal users and stakeholders

• Work closely with developers and technical teams throughout the product development lifecycle

• Define product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria and priorities

• Own and continuously prioritise the product backlog

• Identify opportunities to improve automation, efficiency, scalability and user experience

• Analyse user feedback and product data to identify areas for improvement

• Manage integrations with third-party platforms, portals and internal systems

• Work with Business Analysts to translate complex business processes into technical requirements

• Coordinate testing, releases and product rollouts

• Monitor product performance and continuously optimise the platform

• Identify opportunities to incorporate

  AI and automation

  into the product

• Ensure the CRM architecture and product roadmap can scale alongside a rapidly growing business

• Act as the key bridge between

  business, technology and product development

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is

technical, commercially minded and hands-on

.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within

  SaaS, CRM, PropTech or another technology-driven environment

• Strong experience managing complex software products from concept through to delivery

• A strong technical understanding of SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations and software development processes

• Experience working closely with developers and technical teams

• Strong understanding of CRM systems and business workflows

• Experience creating product requirements, user stories and technical documentation

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• A commercial mindset with the ability to understand how technology can directly impact business performance

• The ability to work independently, make decisions and take ownership

• Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
