Wellx is revolutionizing insurance, health and wellbeing through technology. We're building prevention-first, digital-native insurance products that turn traditional insurance into an engaging, year-round wellness journey, combining insurance, AI, wearables, rewards and personalized care into one seamless ecosystem, from our member-facing app to broker platforms, insurer solutions and internal tools.

About the role

We're looking for someone who thrives on execution, moves fast, solves meaningful problems and loves taking products from idea to launch. You'll work across consumer products, internal platforms, broker tools, insurer solutions and AI-powered experiences.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Lead product initiatives from discovery through delivery, ensuring high-quality execution

🔹 Own product planning, backlog management, sprint execution and cross-functional project delivery

🔹 Collaborate with engineering, design, commercial, operations and leadership to build impactful products

🔹 Drive product discovery, identifying customer problems, validating ideas, prioritizing the right solutions

🔹 Define product requirements and clear documentation (PRDs, specs, proposals, RFPs)

🔹 Use data, user insights and experimentation to improve engagement, adoption and retention

🔹 Track key product metrics and continuously optimize the user experience

Must-Have Qualifications

✅ 6+ years of Product Management experience, ideally across consumer and B2B products

✅ Strong product delivery and project management skills in Agile environments

✅ Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex products end-to-end

✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills

✅ Experience with product discovery, user research, experimentation and analytics tools

✅ Outstanding communication and documentation skills, with a strong commercial mindset

✅ Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments with a high degree of ownership
