The Beeck Center is seeking a Senior Program + Product Manager to provide critical leadership across our expanding Digital Government Network (DGN) portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will lead comprehensive project management and operational coordination for the DGN, overseeing the strategic execution of network events, initiatives, and activities while ensuring rigorous alignment with broader Beeck Center priorities and cross-functional objectives.

Additionally, the Senior Program + Product Manager will manage the network's data strategy, internal product management and development, performance measurement, and evaluation activities. Serving as the primary liaison to central Beeck Center monitoring and evaluation efforts, you will translate network engagement and impact data into actionable insights for organizational decision-making. This role also provides vital strategic communications and engagement support across the DGN portfolio to strengthen member participation, enrich stakeholder relationships, and foster seamless integration with other Beeck Center programs.

** Work Interactions **

The Senior Program + Product Manager will report directly to the Director of Networks, Kirsten Wyatt. This position requires routine communication and collaboration with external public sector partners, philanthropic stakeholders, and network members. Internally, the Senior Manager will work closely with Research and Training & Technical Assistance, while frequently coordinating with Beeck Center Operations and Communications, to leverage organizational resources and streamline cross-functional workflows

** Requirements and Qualifications **

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of professional experience in program management, data analytics, capacity building, or running professional communities of practice (or equivalent experience)

  • Proven track record designing, operationalizing, and managing complex, multi-stakeholder project plans from inception through evaluation.

  • Strong data-driven mindset with demonstrated experience managing data systems, configuring CRM platforms (e.g., SugarCRM, Salesforce), and synthesizing performance metrics into structured reports.

  • Experience applying product management practices — such as roadmapping, prioritization frameworks, and user research or discovery — to guide development of digital tools, platforms, or services

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to write for diverse professional audiences and cultivate high-trust relationships with external stakeholders.

  • Advanced organizational and time management skills, including the ability to independently guide competing priorities and maintain strict attention to detail under tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency using collaborative project and product management and data visualization tools (e.g., Asana, Slack, Looker Studio, Airtable, Google Workspace, Figma, Miro) in a distributed workplace environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working directly within or closely alongside federal, state, or local government agencies, civic tech initiatives, or non-profit advocacy networks.

  • Familiarity with digital government service delivery landscapes, human-centered design principles, or data privacy practices.

  • Prior experience managing program budgets, mentoring student analysts or junior staff, and executing grant reporting workflows.

  • Experience applying equity and accessibility standards across digital communication channels and virtual programming formats.

Pay Range:

The projected salary or hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is:

$54,616.00 - $100,493.33

Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors.
