expertise to lead delivery optimization across multiple portfolios.

Agile Experience:

7+ years in Agile coaching & transformation

Key Responsibilities

• Lead

  enterprise-level Agile transformation

  and adoption initiatives.

• Drive Agile delivery across multiple projects and portfolios.

• Improve delivery flow, team performance, and value realization.

• Coach senior leaders, stakeholders, Scrum teams, and delivery teams.

• Establish and monitor

  Agile metrics, OKRs, KPIs, and value realization

  .

• Align business and technology teams to achieve measurable outcomes.

• Govern Agile practices, delivery standards, and continuous improvement.

• Support adoption of

  Scaled Agile, DevSecOps, and automation practices

  .

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of experience in

  IT delivery/project or program management

  .

• 7+ years of hands-on experience in

  Agile coaching and transformation

  .

• Proven experience driving

  enterprise Agile adoption

  .

• Strong knowledge of

  SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, and DAD

  .

• Experience with

  DevSecOps and automation

  practices.

• Strong understanding of Agile metrics,

  OKRs, and value realization

  .

• Proficiency in

  Jira, Confluence

  , and Agile lifecycle tools.

• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership coaching, facilitation, and communication skills.

• Ability to bridge business and technology teams and tailor Agile frameworks to organizational needs.

Preferred

• Banking or

  Financial Services

  experience.

• Experience delivering enterprise transformation programs.

• Strong public speaking, facilitation, and keynote presentation experience.
