Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

• Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage order follow-up, track delivery status, and ensure on-time fulfillment.

• Candidates should possess Inspection skills to oversee quality checks, compliance verification, and documentation of inspection results.

• Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to coordinate shipping, handling, and distribution activities across multiple locations.

• Fluency in Arabic and strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Proven experience leading cross-functional project teams, ideally within recruitment, outsourcing, energy, or technology-related environments.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and strong time management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced setting, manage multiple projects concurrently, and adapt to evolving client requirements.
