Overview
The Senior Project Manager (PM II) is responsible for leading the planning, governance, coordination, and execution of the Secrets Exposure Analytics and Escalation Program. This role drives cross-functional initiatives across Cybersecurity & Digital Trust, Human Resources, business stakeholders, and technical teams to establish and operationalize capabilities for identifying, validating, escalating, and remediating exposed secrets and credential-related risks.
(1) Program Planning & Roadmap Management

Establish, maintain, and drive execution of the Secrets Exposure Analytics & Escalation Program roadmap.

Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, success criteria, and key deliverables.

Monitor progress against milestones and proactively identify schedule, scope, or execution risks.
(2) Governance & Execution Management

Establish and maintain program governance structures, operating rhythms, and decision-making processes.

Develop governance documentation, meeting cadences, and stakeholder engagement plans.

Facilitate recurring working sessions, project reviews, stakeholder forums, and leadership updates.
(3) Secrets Exposure Workflow Oversight

Coordinate the end-to-end workflow supporting exposed secret detection, validation, notification, escalation, remediation, and closure activities.

Partner with operational and technical teams to ensure processes are well-defined, documented, and consistently executed.

Monitor workflow effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and accountability.
(4) Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

Maintain comprehensive RAID logs and ensure risks, issues, and dependencies are actively managed.

Identify, document, assess, and communicate project risks and mitigation strategies.

Facilitate issue resolution and coordinate corrective actions with accountable stakeholders.
(5) Metrics & Continuous Improvement

Define and track program KPIs and operational effectiveness metrics.

Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into exposure trends, remediation progress, and program performance.

Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements.
Key Skills & Experience
-
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, Cybersecurity, etc.) or equivalent work experience

Minimum 5 years of project or program management experience leading cross-functional initiatives in technology, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or related environments.

General knowledge of cybersecurity related to Identity & Access Management, Data Security/DLP, Encryption, PKI, etc. considered helpful

Proficiency with PM & collaboration tools like Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, Microsoft 365, etc.

Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications

GxP-regulated industry experience (Biotech, Pharma, Life Sciences, etc.)

Familiarity with secrets management, credential exposure, insider risk, or threat detection processes.

PMP, PgMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
-
Experience with ServiceNow and Power BI to create executive-level dashboards and KPI reporting.
