Job description
Mind Stream is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise transformation programme, modernizing a Geographic Information System on ESRI ArcGIS and integrating it with core business platforms. You'll own the workstream from requirements through production support, with cloud deployment, process automation, and a phased rollout across multiple business units.
What you'll do:

Lead the GIS modernization workstream on ESRI ArcGIS from requirements through production support

Integrate the modernised GIS with core business platforms via enterprise integration and business process frameworks

Plan and oversee cloud infrastructure deployment and drive enterprise process automation across the programme

Own data migration and system cutover planning and execution

Run a phased rollout across multiple business units with disciplined governance
What you bring:

Proven enterprise IT project management and digital transformation programme leadership

Hands-on GIS project leadership with ESRI ArcGIS and spatial data systems

Track record in enterprise systems integration, data migration, and system cutover

Strong vendor management and executive stakeholder management skills

Fluent in Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate at executive level in both
