Senior Project Manager, Structural Concrete & Masonry

JHM Construction is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead structural concrete and masonry scopes from buyout through closeout.

You will own schedule, budget, subcontractors, RFIs and submittals, and day-to-day field coordination on commercial and high-end residential work in the Sarasota area.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and run structural concrete and masonry packages end to end

• Manage budgets, buyout, change orders, and documentation

• Coordinate trades, inspect quality, and keep the schedule honest

• Lead RFIs, submittals, and owner/architect communication

• Enforce safety and JHM jobsite standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years of project management experience with structural concrete and/or masonry

• Strong field presence and subcontractor management

• Solid change-order and documentation discipline

• Familiarity with Florida commercial construction practices preferred

• Valid driver license; ability to be on site regularly in Sarasota, FL
