Senior Qt/QML Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer – C++ / Qt / QML

Location: Oak Brook, Illinois

Experience: 5+ Years (ONLY W2 NO C2C)

CNH is seeking senior-level Software Engineers to join its Guidance Application team and support the development of next-generation guidance software for agricultural equipment.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of software development experience

• Strong hands-on experience with C++

• Strong experience with Qt and QML – Mandatory

• Experience working in a Linux environment

• Object-oriented programming and clean software architecture

• Multithreaded application development

• Git and Agile development experience

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain guidance application software.

• Develop customer-facing applications using C++, Qt, and QML.

• Develop new features for CNH's next-generation guidance software platform.

• Work closely with software architects, systems engineers, UX teams, and developers.

• Troubleshoot and resolve software defects.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support feature delivery.
