Required Technical Skills

• 10+ years of

  full-time QA / SDET / Test Automation

  experience

• Strong experience in

  test automation framework design and development

• Strong programming skills in

  Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript/TypeScript

• Selenium WebDriver

  and/or

  Playwright / Cypress

• API Testing

  using Postman, REST Assured, SoapUI or similar tools

• REST APIs, JSON, XML & web services

• JUnit / TestNG / PyTest

  or equivalent testing frameworks

• BDD / Cucumber

  experience

• SQL / Database Testing

  and data validation

• Regression, Functional, Integration, System & End-to-End Testing

• CI/CD

  integration using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI or Azure DevOps

• Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket

• Experience with

  Docker / Kubernetes

  is a plus

• Cloud testing experience with

  AWS / Azure / GCP

• Strong understanding of

  SDLC, STLC, Agile/Scrum & QA methodologies

• Experience with

  Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps

  or similar tools

• Strong knowledge of

  defect lifecycle, root-cause analysis, test planning and test strategy

• Experience building

  scalable, reusable and maintainable automation frameworks

• Performance testing using

  JMeter, LoadRunner or similar tools

  is a plus

• Mobile automation using

  Appium

  is a plus

Leadership / Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain

  automated test frameworks and test suites

• Lead automation strategy and identify opportunities for

  test automation and continuous testing

• Review requirements and create comprehensive

  test scenarios, test cases and automation scripts

• Integrate automation into

  CI/CD pipelines

• Analyze test failures, troubleshoot defects and perform root-cause analysis

• Collaborate with

  Developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, DevOps and Architects

• Mentor junior QA/SDET engineers and conduct code/framework reviews

• Drive

  quality, test coverage, automation reliability and release readiness

Preferred

• Strong

  MNC experience in India

  is highly preferred.

• Experience with

  large-scale enterprise applications

  is preferred.

• Candidates

  open to relocation

  are preferred.

• Candidates willing to work

  onsite for the initial 1–3 months

  are strongly preferred.
